Welcome to XiaPlay. XiaPlay is operated under the 91 Agent brand and provides a graphical desktop manager for OpenClaw, AI chat, agents, skills, workflows, messaging-channel connections, and related account and cloud services.
By downloading, installing, registering, signing in to, or using XiaPlay, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to enter into these Terms under the law where you live. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and devices, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred.
You may use Google or another supported sign-in method. Third-party sign-in services are governed by their own terms. XiaPlay processes only the information needed to complete sign-in as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. The Services
XiaPlay features may include OpenClaw installation and management, AI chat, agent and skill management, automated tasks, model configuration, local memory, messaging-channel connections, remote collaboration, subscriptions, and future features. Availability may vary by version, platform, region, plan, and third-party service availability.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of changes that materially affect a paid Service.
3. Third-Party Services and Open Source
XiaPlay can connect to OpenClaw, AI model providers, Google Sign-In, messaging platforms, payment providers, plugins, and other third-party services. When you choose a third-party service, its terms and policies also apply. We do not control its content, availability, pricing, or policy changes.
Open-source components included in the product are provided under their respective licenses. Those licenses do not grant rights to use the XiaPlay, 91 Agent, OpenClaw, or other third-party trademarks.
4. AI and Automation Risks
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Skills, agents, remote actions, and automated workflows may also execute incorrectly. Review outputs and important actions before relying on them, especially in legal, medical, financial, safety, hiring, publishing, file deletion, account, or device-control contexts.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for input content, connected accounts, device access, and automation instructions.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use XiaPlay to:
- violate laws, regulations, court orders, or third-party rights;
- commit fraud, harassment, malicious manipulation, unauthorized surveillance, or privacy violations;
- access, control, modify, or damage accounts, devices, data, or systems you are not authorized to use;
- distribute malware, attack services, evade security or usage limits, or conduct abuse at scale;
- impersonate others or use content, trademarks, or personal information without authorization.
6. Paid Plans
Prices, billing periods, usage allowances, features, and refund terms are shown at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees for digital services already used or delivered are generally non-refundable. Taxes and charges from third-party model, messaging, or network providers may be separate.
7. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain your rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the Services at your direction. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
XiaPlay branding, interfaces, documentation, designs, and proprietary code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by an open-source license or our written permission, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, or create a misleading derivative service.
8. Privacy and Security
We process personal information under the XiaPlay Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securely configuring API keys, messaging channels, remote-access permissions, and public network endpoints and for installing security updates promptly.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, fail to pay for an extended period, or if law requires us to act. Where circumstances allow, we will provide notice and a reasonable way to appeal or address your data.
10. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that AI output or third-party services will meet your particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by third-party services, network interruption, force majeure, user configuration, or AI or automation results that were not human-reviewed. Rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, law, or operations change. We will provide notice of material changes through the website, in-product notice, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with competent jurisdiction. Mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.
